We bottled Il Mallo Riserva Nocino for the first time in 1989 with the objective of creating a superior Nocino, aimed at particularly discerning consumers able to discover and appreciate the intensity of the unique sensations contained in an intense golden amber-coloured flow of walnut aromas and spicy scents.

Only from a harmonious blend of the best infusions, allowed to age for a minimum of 36 months, are we able to obtain that refined balance of character contained in Il Mallo Riserva Nocino.

walnut hulls, alcohol, sugar, spices

infusion of hulls in alcohol, pressing and aging of the infusion.

How to taste it:
Pour the Nocino into a liqueur glass and bring it up to your nose to smell the intense walnut aroma. Place a small amount of liqueur inside your mouth and hold it so as to savour its rich and full-bodied walnut flavour and enjoy its persistence. Sip slowly.

Neat: its strong personality makes it perfect for drinking at room temperature, preferably at the end of a meal.
