You, too, can follow the video recipes of chef Giuliano in order to recreate, in your own home, delicacies with Il Mallo products bearing the “Tradizione e Sapori di Modena” (Tradition and Flavours of Modena) trademark.

Giuliano Tassinari, executive chef and teacher at the Serramazzoni School for Hotel and Restaurant Management describes the steps for preparing some delicious recipes with Il Mallo Nocino and Sassolino for the TV programme “Degusta TV”, broadcast every Saturday at 1.15 pm on the channel 7Gold Emilia Romagna.
All the recipes were born of a collaboration between the Modena Chamber of Commerce trademark protecting typical products – “Tradizioni e Sapori di Modena” – and the Serramazzoni School for Hotel and Restaurant Management IAL.
